Very nice welcome from staff. The reception are was comfortable & inviting for children. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good quality.
Location wise there isn't too much around the hotel but there is a supermarket across the way

room was good. overall setup was fine. Best part was available parking.
staff needs to be improved. contradictory information and non friendly on the bar. check in time was long and only one counter was open. Needs to have more options on breakfast especially coffee was very bad.

the room had no climate control and stayed quite warm during the night, even though outside was a moderate 15 C or so. Only option was to open the windows, letting in the loud traffic noises from the busy main roads the hotel is surrounded by.
Dinner quality was very reasonable but choices very limited
