The decoration and style of the chateau, allowing a welcoming and homely feel. The room was well laid out and had a truly comfortable bed. A little remedial work could be undertaken in the shower threshold, the skirting board had disintegrated at the entrance to the showering space.
Room comfort, breakfast service and terrace for breakfast was very pleasant under the parasol.

My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Chateau Sigalas Rabaud. We had a lovely room with windows all around. And there was a tour of the property and tasting of their wines afterwards. This was a private tour with just my son and Rebecca did a great job. We were able to buy some foie gras and wine at the chateau for a nice dinner next to the pool. We were glad to have the pool as it was quite warm. We met the owner who was super friendly and invited us to stay again during the harvest. Which I would love to do some day. Celine in the kitchen was also super helpful. A great stay!
I would travel in the cooler months as it was quite warm in this part of France during August.

Beautiful location and elegant interior. The Friday evening, Saturday morning felt so serene and a real boost. Pool was super refreshing and relaxing. Delightful chat with the proprietor in the morning sitting outside in the shade over breakfast.
