Bruny island ferry decided to cancel their operations allegedly due to strong wind and this property was an unexpectedly pleasant refuge for our stranding on the island. There is literary everything you may need at the property (accept food and tooth brushes:). Thank you, the host, for clearness in the cottage, welcoming personal approach and willingness to help!

Exceptional Clean. Katrina is so nice and very easy going and provided a great service for us. We definitely enjoyed our stay there.
We really enjoyed our stay and loved everything about the cabin and surroundings! Just a couple of small suggestions that may help improve the experience for future guests.
The rugs are a great idea for preventing slips. Perhaps something with a slightly heavier edge might be worth considering, as I found myself catching my foot on the edges a few times during our stay.
It might also be helpful to include some basic health/safety information in the visitor book about collecting and eating wild oysters from the bay, especially for guests who may not be familiar with the potential risks.
Just some little suggestions โ overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! ๐
