Holiday house located in THEOULE SUR MER, in the calm of Estérel, with private swimming pool and exceptional sea view. Capacity for 6 people in a neat setting: 150 m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. The entire house is air conditioned.
American kitchen opening onto living and dining room, equipped with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, induction hob and dishwasher. BQQ gas.
The house is also equipped with a washing machine and baby equipment (small bath, changing pad, high chair and travel cot).
Access to the house by stairs, fenced pool and garage for a vehicle under the house.
Private pool facing south, sea view, with teak beach and sun loungers.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this stunning villa during our honeymoon, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views — truly something out of a dream. The pool was a perfect retreat during the French summer heat, and we spent countless relaxing moments soaking it all in.The location was ideal, giving us both privacy and easy access to the best of the South of France. Our host was exceptionally responsive, kind, and accommodating, making our stay seamless from start to finish.This villa played a huge part in making our honeymoon unforgettable. Thank you for everything! We would return in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend this special place to anyone looking for a magical getaway.

Michel’s villa is beautifully laid out with lots of well throughout features making for a very comfortable stay.
The pool keeps the sun into the evening (in the summer) meaning you can relax in the sun by the pool through to the evening.
The views are stunning so after an afternoon by the pool a bbq eaten on the veranda is the perfect end to the day.
We also enjoyed the local beaches and restaurants.
The perfect location for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

Voilà une maison très agréable à vivre. La déco est soignée et originale. Les équipements sont de haut de gamme. La terrasse est un havre de paix. La vue est absoluement magnifique. La piscine est parfaite. Idéal pour chacun, pour les enfants qui se régalent dans la piscine, pour les romantiques qui rèvent en admirant la mer changeante aux diverses heures de la journée et selon les caprices du temps. Idéal pour les randonneurs, avec, tout près, l'accès aux féériques sentiers de l'Esterel. Idéal pour les gourmants aussi qui apprécieront le passage matinal du boulanger ... son pain frais et ses viennoiseries. Enfin, si l'on choisit de bouger un peu et de quitter ce nid paradisiaque, restent les criques paisibles et les joies de la plongée, les plages animées de Théoule et leurs lounge bars branchés et toute la côte d'azur à portée d'un coup de voiture ...
