Brilliant hotel, not many with a swimming pool, sauna, location is nice, a 5 minute away from the busy areas. Parking wasnt available due to roadworks, but i guess hotel had no control over that. Would book again. Breakfast was really good.
I am a gym guy, i would have like a bit more balanced equipment, but atleast they had some weights.

The room was nice, with the main bed being comfortable. The pool was great, although a shame the hot tub wasn’t working.
Breakfast was good when it was quiet but awful on busy days. Needed way more staff cleaning tables and replenishing food. Housekeeping needed huge improvements too, had to ask 3 time for a bed for my son, no shower gel in the room when we arrived, glasses not cleaned etc

Excellent breakfast and good location
Lack of catering staff on Saturday night meant we were unable to use the restaurant and check in at 4 is too late

Location was very good and central to facilities.
The Hotel restaurant was closed during my stay for 10 days during the festive period, but this wasn't advertised.
Staff were generally pleasant, but didn't engage with customers other than to answer questions. Didn't look happy to be there. Maybe it was due to the time of year !!!!
