Location was very nice, swimming pool was great as well as activities areas, room was also good.
Free parking is addon, staff was very helpful.
Most of TV programs was in local language, if HDMI port can be opened in the TV we can connect our own devices that can also be enjoyable for the young guests

Perfect with a little kitchenette and some space to eat and rest. Didn't have time to use the pool unfortunately. Bus stop was right out front which was a big help. Grocery store only a short walk. Restaurant had some delicious pizza and very convenient.
The bed was a bit firm, but not that big of a deal. Reception (and most of Italy) closed from noon to 3 - which requires a bit of adjustment to american way of thinking and just need to plan ahead.

The pool, sauna and kids room were excellent.
Beds and pillows were way too firm. Our room on ground floor was unbearably noisy.

Great town, friendly staff.
Possibly the first place I’ve come across where we are not allowed to take our fruit/croissant away with us at breakfast. We had to eat it at the table or not eat it at all - was very surprised at this as all the places I’ve stayed at before let us take fruit or snacks away.
