I love the breakfast here!
There are so many selections including: many types of home-baked bread, cheese, meats, egg dishes, steamed veggies, bacon, pancakes, cereals, and desserts.
I used the stairways instead of the elevators. The floors in the stairway were not swept.

Breakfast was incredible. A huge selection of hot and cold foods—lots of wonderful veggies and breads.
there were no electric plugs in the bathroom or near a mirror for blowdrying my hair.

Perfect location! The room, common areas and hotel were very comfortable and clean. They provided facilities for eating in the restaurant but also your food providing all the equipment needed (utensils, microwave etc). There are nice soffas and calm areas plus a gym that you could use. Amazing breakfast, dinner, free coffee, snacks. Staff is very polite, friendly and willing to help!

Location is perfect in downtown Falun. Breakfast buffé was pretty nice. Beds were comfy and clean.
Several machines at the gym were broken. Gym doesn't seem to work properly maintained. Hanger for towel in my toilet was broken. Shower was a bit faulty and water was squirting out where it shouldn't. Coffee at breakfast buffet wasn't up to Swedish standard.
