An excellent location for an overnight stay before taking the ferry. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful, even when we arrived late in the evening.
It clearly feels more like a conference centre than a leisure hotel, so the atmosphere is rather functional than cosy or boutique-like. For our purpose, however, that was perfectly fine.

The room size was good, it was clean, and the bathroom was great. The bed was comfortable. The surrounding area was great for a walk and there was lots of open space. There was free tea, coffee, sparkling water available all the time in the main building. Breakfast was good with lots of variety.
It was very hot in the rooms as the windows didn't open more than a few inches (we were there in a heat wave but they are likely to get more frequent and not less, so the management possibly needs to think about installing ceiling fans). The curtains didn't cover the entire window (there was about an inch gap at the bottom which was directly at eye level when lying down) so it was quite light.
