Kuscheltier Geister für die Kinder, Bademäntel in den Größen der Kinder lagen auf den Betten bereitgelegt. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend.

L’ambiance générale avec la superbe terrasse et la vue magnifique sur le château de Riegersburg, la gentillesse et la prévenance du personnel, l’espace détente/piscine, la taille et le confort de la chambre, l’excellente qualité du petit déjeuner et du dîner! Vraiment un très bel hôtel. Je ne peux que recommander!
Si on veut vraiment être regardants, il y avait un souci de faux contact sur le sèche-cheveux de notre chambre qui ne marchait donc pas très bien. Mais sinon c’était vraiment parfait!

Vom Empfang bis zum Check-out habe ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Da ich nur für eine Nacht wegen einer Hochzeitsfeier hier war, hat mich das Hotel umso mehr beeindruckt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Rezeptionistin, die mir einen früheren Zimmerbezug ermöglicht hat. Ich habe hervorragend geschlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eines der besten, die ich je in einem österreichischen Hotel erlebt habe: eine große Auswahl, liebevoll präsentiert, mit frischen Smoothies, Kressebeeten, ausgezeichnetem Gebäck, Süßspeisen und Tees. Vor der Abreise konnte ich noch den Außenpool mit herrlichem Blick auf die Riegersburg genießen. Besonders aufmerksam fand ich auch den Anruf nach dem Check-out, als ich mein Sonnenbrillenetui vergessen hatte. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den großartigen Service!
