Die Mitarbeitenden waren ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr professionell. Das Frühstück war gut, das Abendessen war wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Sehr positiv war auch, dass beim Abendessen Wasser und Wein inklusive waren. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.
Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer und Bad, doch leider wurde vom Hotel der Raum nicht ausreichend genutzt. Beispielsweise waren im Bad trotz des vielen Platzes keine Möglichkeiten vorgesehen um Handtücher aufzuhängen. Es ist unpraktisch, wenn feuchte Handtücher rumliegen und diese Kleinigkeit kann vermutlich vom Hotel kostengünstig behoben werden. Eine Flasche Wasser und vor allem Gläser um ggf vom Wasserhahn zu trinken, waren ebenfalls nicht im Zimmer. Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt, aber diese Kleinigkeiten würden den Aufenthalt noch bequemer machen.

Posizione ok.
Nella realtà non è un 4 stelle, ma un 2 stelle. Ad esempio, più che una cena sembrava di essere in mensa aziendale. In particolare, risotti imbarazzanti, anzi terribili. Inoltre, abbiamo chiesto una coperta meno pesante e ci siamo ritrovati solo col lenzuolo… abbiamo dovuto andare a prenderci in auto delle coperte. Alle 3:30 di notte ha suonato l’allarme e siamo corsi fuori. Dopo 20 minuti ha smesso e siamo tornati in stanza. La cosa assurda è che non ci sia stato nessuno del personale, nessun addetto all’emergenza che ci abbia dato alcuna indicazione. Abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci… neanche il giorno dopo ci è stata data alcuna spiegazione sull’accaduto. Non mi sembra normale.
Infine, pur lodando alcuni ragazzi (in particolare Samuel, molto bravo), alcuni membri del personale erano poco curati nell’aspetto.
