Location was literally next to the Cathedral and was also very close by to the bus stop (airport -sevilla center).
On the pictures it seemed bigger, but ow well, you can't have everything 😜.

I was on the fifth floor (rooftop is at 6th) and when I entered the room, the curtains where closed. As I opened them, I had a full amazing view of the cathedral. It’s a once in a lifetime view. Location cannot be better. I walked to every spot I wanted to visit. You have all restaurants and stores right next to you.
It was all very good, just take into consideration that there is no reception or staff there to check you in, it is a self check in process so it might be complicated for some. They send you instructions via WhatsApp and you have to do the process yourself.

Location is seen from the terrace on the fifth floor
Apartment 61 where I stayed has the noise of the elevator machine that bothered during the night, the air conditioning after a few hours started to drip water in the room, the apartment does not have a Good View to the cathedral, the outdoor area that exists in the room despite being a large area is not comfortable. And there was no minibar in the room
