PARKING ENTRY WAS EASY TO LOCATE, FREE PARKING, STAFFS WERE ATTENTIVE
CHALLENGES WITH PARKING SPACE, ALWAYS FULL DUE TO THE ADJACENT MALL, HOTEL RATE IS IN THE HIGHER RANGE, CAFE HAD SPECIFIC OPENING TIME, NOT CONVENIENT FOR BUSINESS NETWORKING.

Staff, including housekeeping team are efficient ans friendly
The room.was a huge disappointment. It was run-down, the bathroom was less than clean with yellowing toilet bowl. It was a deluxe family room but with no sofa, just 3 hard-backed chair. And the lights in the room and throughout the hotel was soo dim! Our favourite hotel felt like such a let down this time. We were told there would be 4 beds and assumed it was a suite with bedrooms. We got a queen bed and an extra bed which was not comforta ble. Pillow was old and flat.
