The pool and sauna areas are fantastic and the restaurant and included breakfast are huge and delicious.
There are only 2 elevators which are very busy so plan to wait. Also there is no place to get any coffee before 7am, they would benefit greatly from having a coffee vending machine on-site.

The hotel is so beautiful, the pool, the sauna and the Turkish bath area are incredible! The breakfast is exceptional as well. The bar is great and serves all kind of drinks and cocktails. Staff are so friendly and helpful!
The hotel is close to a great beach with a great bar/restaurant that serves great drinks, cocktails and offers grilled meat and fish as well. It was so delicious and the atmosphere was great!
The hotel is close to a great beach, however, far away from Jurmala and we had to take a Bolt taxi.
We couldn’t smoke on the balcony of our room, as it was forbidden and had to go all the way down to smoke in front of the hotel. This wasn’t a big issue overall.

Close to the beach. Spa had unlimited access and ok saunas and jacuzzi. Good bathroom and views in room. A couple of nice restaurants nearby.
Only two elevators - long waits at all times. Awful reception, no welcome or apology when booking could not at first be found. Poor and crowded breakfast. No blockout curtains - very difficult to sleep. Weird parking system (had to validate token every time you left). Overall definitely not deserving the 9 rating.
