Хороший отель с замечательными работниками!

Дизайн отеля интересный и немного необычный. Завтрак был хороший,с большим выбором,но было много народу- приходилось стоять в очереди за кофе и искать столик постоянно. Хорошее расположение,есть балкон,но курить там нельзя. Комната достаточно просторная,уютная и кровать то ,что надо. В ванной стояла продукция "Дзинтарс",очень порадовало,что отель поддерживает местного производителя. Два бассейна,один внутри,другой снаружи. Я поплавала в обоих,снаружи понравился больше,потому что никого не было)) Самое важно,что я заметила в этом отеле- ИДЕАЛЬНАЯ ЧИСТОТА везде. Я даже поговорила с пару уборщицами и поблагодарила за их работу,очень приятные и добросовестные люди. Все работники отеля,от бара до уборщиц ,очень дружелюбные,улыбчивые и приятные люди. Большое спасибо вам всем за отличный сервис!

Меня очень удивило,что в номере не было чайника и кружек,чтобы сделать чай-кофе, но были банные халаты ( без тапочек) и фен. Я была с пожилой мамой,которая очень любит плавать,но бассейн по моему не особо подходит для людей такого возраста. Лесенка в бассейн была под прямым углом ,с очень узкими ступеньками. Что довело маму до слез,потому что она очень боялась упасть или не удержаться. В одной части бассейна я увидела кресло для инвалидов,чтобы спуститься в воду,но моя мама категорически отказалась,она не инвалид. Я также заметила,что не только она чувствовала себя не комфортно,там были другие люди в возрасте ,которые как то пытались забраться в бассейн по этим ступенькам. Также почему то не были предусмотрены какие либо держатели вокруг бассейна,когда плаваешь и хочешь просто перевести дух,приходилось держаться просто за пол бассейна. Я несколько раз отдыхала в Baltic Beach hotel и их бассейн просто чудо для любого возраста. Пожалуйста,рассмотрите этот момент. Отель хороший и люди там работают замечательные! Но вот этот эпизод стал решающим,что мы наверно предпочтем другой отель с бассейном.

Bendrai labai patiko ir dar kartą apsilankysime.

Vieta labai gera, pats viešbutis labai geras. Spa nuostabus. Vakariniavome viešbučio restorane - labai rekomenduoju.

8/10 pusryčiams. Pasirinkimas mažas. Sultys netikros. Dideli atstumai tarp maisto ir stalo.

Stuff must be trained!

I always liked the location of property and the outside pool on summer days, where you can relax and enjoy snacks and drinks from pool bar.

Even at 22 degrees per Celsius poor bar was closed. Beds were mainly folded. Lobby bar dont serve you if you want go outside. So, my second trip to this hotel was ruined in one week. It was a special event for my best friend and I asked for a surprise in room - champagne with fruit plate. And I had confirmation that everything is sorted for me upon arrival. When we came in room I expected surprise there as I said to my friend that you will have a little surprise at the start of our stay. I was so disappointed :( I had to call to reception and the order arrived 40 minutes later. We just left fruit plate because wanted to go enjoy pool time and food is not allowed in this area… This maybe is not the worst, but for me it was a special trip and in one week time I had bad experience twice with this hotel. Stuff MUST be trained!! Breakfast is very poor.

Sometimes life's gooood just because of that particular person at the hotel reception.

The room and the view were amazing! The best I've ever had in hotels of Jurmala. Especially for the price I paid. And the bath, not shower. Love it!

The hotel is a good choice, but needs some improvements.

The breakfast was very good. The location is excellent.

To crowded breakfasts. Not enough lifts, too long to wait for a lift. The bathrooms sinks and taps are terrible- bad design, everything is wet. You cannot place anything around to the sink. The bathrooms are very small.

Best place to stay in Jurmala. Top notch!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everyone seemed professional at their post. We felt very welcome. Great facilities, maybe a little crowded at some chokepoints. Breakfast was top notch, best "classical hotel breakfast" I had in 15 years. Restaurant staff was very accommodating. Room was completely silent, no noise from neighbors. Nice balcony. Special thanks to the guy named Arturs, I think he was shift manager at the restaurant. And also at saturday evenings - there's entertainment for kids, and while it was nothing too fancy it was a cute experience for our daughter, she loved it. We had a really great stay overall.

Beds were nice, but not my favorite type of pillow/matress. Minor annoyance, slept good otherwise. Bathroom had free toiletries as they usually do, but I would swap body lotions for some toothpaste, because I'm used to not bringing mine with me.

Relaxing, soul feeding, amazing.

Everything was clean, easy to access, really nice lounge and the music evening was calm and soothing. Amazing views from the windows. The food is amazing and the staff is really helpful and sweet.
