Awesome location, friendly staff, very decent breakfast with various hot dishes every day. Good spa with not big swimming pool at 6th floor, great hookah and outstanding panoramic view at 7th floor restaurant (though music was too loud for me). And at reception floor there’s nice cafe for those who like chilling at the evening, looking at people and cars that pass by.
There are also plenty of transport options nearby - buses, metro, tramways - that let you get to any place of Istanbul pretty fast (please keep in mind that Istanbul is huge city), and many historical sites are at walking distance.
The one and only disappointment was hotel’s WiFi - access speed didn’t exceed 10Mbps… Nowadays it feels waaaaay tooooo sloooooow… 😥

Room was as expected. The breakfast though not different everyday, was really good and fresh food which is very important. The location is really good since you have quick access to the subway and tram. The staff people was kind and ready to help
The one miss point is the cleaning part. Even if you request cleaning every day, some dirty spots were left specially visible on the floor and a couple of times the bathroom. Maybe put a bit more effort there(anyways some cleaning was done) and the overall experience would be really good!!
