The rooms was big and clean

The stairs, both the wooden ones and the concrete ones leading around the property are in a sorry state and quite dangerous.

The view and the sauna. You can enjoy this place if you don’t have high expectations.
There is no hot water in the sauna area. Also in the room very diffucult to get hot water. The breakfast was terrible.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a road trip from Khon Kaen to Chiang Mai. The resort is spread over a very steep hill side and we had two rooms in a block towards the top. We had a car that we could park outside the room and used it daily for sightseeing and finding food. There is another resort close by called the Blue Sky resort which has some beautiful gardens that you can walk around (small fee) or simply view from the veranda for free. The restaurant there is good too.
Both our rooms were large and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the lush hillside and down over the rest of the bungalows towards the main reception.
As we were using this trip to explore Thailand we didn't eat at the hotel or use any of the facilities. We did check out the swimming pool but it was in quite a poor state so didn't bother using it.
Excellent Thai hospitality- as usual, and a peaceful setting on the hillside.
We visited in the rainy season (August) although it didn't rain much at all but it was quite with not many people around.
I don't have any photos of the resort but have attached photos of the view from my balcony and some of the surrounding countryside including the gardens at the Blue Sky resort.
Pool area was disappointing and needs urgent maintenance. Outside areas including balconies need brightening up with a fresh coat of paint.
