The view from my room was breathtaking. Staff left a kind note in room to say congratulations on our anniversary. Probably the best resort I’ve ever stayed at.
They have an adults only pool, which has lots of kids swimming in there. Needs to be monitored by staff. Hard to have a romantic swim with kids jumping around.

-Great breakfast selection, big room, lots of variety.
-Spacious pool and sun bathing facilities
-Poolside restaurant including extensive drink and food selections.
-Very spacious rooms and inclusive facilities.
-Gym/fitness facilities on site sufficient for all types of exercise.
Only feedback would be for poolside staff to regularly clean and take away dishes from pool area in a timely manner as several local birds can linger around etc. Overall, a very good, pleasant stay.

The hotel staff made me stand at the reception desk for over an hour while I repeatedly explained that the full amount had already been deducted from my account a week before my stay. I showed them both the bank email and SMS confirming the transaction, and they even had a copy of the transaction themselves. Despite this, they insisted that the payment had not gone through.
I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the transaction had been successfully completed a week before my stay. I then asked the hotel staff to contact their own bank for confirmation. Their bank also confirmed that I had been right from the beginning and that the payment had indeed been deducted from my account. Yet the receptionist and the so-called "manager" still refused to accept the confirmation from their own bank.
In the end, I had to ask their bank to cancel and reverse the transaction so the money would be returned to my account. Once the refund was processed, I had the hotel charge me again for the full amount. Only then were the staff finally convinced that the payment had gone through.
This entire situation was completely avoidable and reflected an alarming lack of professionalism, communication, and basic understanding of banking procedures. Instead of acknowledging the evidence and verifying the facts promptly, the staff wasted over an hour of my time and created unnecessary stress over a payment that had already been successfully processed.
I've stayed at hotels all over the world and I have never experienced such an incompetent checkout process. I will not be staying at this hotel again and cannot recommend it based on this experience.
