All the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Being close to the night street market was good.
The air conditioning unit in our room (418) developed a noise which was horrible and meant that sleep was difficult. On our last night we were moved to a new room (420) which was much better. It would have been better had we been in room 420 for all of our stay.
The swimming pool was closed for the majority of our stay as it had turned green due to recent rainfall. This was disappointing.
The breakfasts were not very good. The coffee did not taste very nice. The fake fruit should be removed and ideally replaced by real fruit. By the time we arrived for breakfast, any pastries were gone.

Slightly dated , but overall a good hotel , big rooms , comfortable bed , great staff.
No tea / coffee facilities in room , also limited TV channels, would be nice to have Netflix etc options for an increased room rate ….

I got a free upgrade at the booking stage. The location to the public park for exercise, the night market and 7/11 + banks all easy walking distance from the hotel. Price was well worth the stay compared to anywhere I have ever stayed in Thailand. I've lived here for 14 years and well traveled here.
The free upgrade was that the room was not what the advertised one on the site. Two types of rooms. My room was the side that looked onto the road looking at a car park, school, plus electric cables and smelled musky. Changed it but the stairwell to the car park smelled big time into the area by the lift. The balcony was no way what was expected. An unused communal terrace that you could not be used. The opposite rooms that were at the back of the hotel that looked over the lovely park had a private balcony with chairs and tables and the room had the furniture that was on the website.The side overlooking the road was a complete let down in comparison for the 'upgrade'.
