I always enjoy staying at Silver Resortel. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I need. The staff are always friendly, kind and helpful, and they make me feel very welcome every time I stay. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and bathtub. It really feels like my home in Patong. I’ll definitely be back again next month!
The complimentary drinking water is provided in glass bottles, so I can’t take it with me when I go out. I feel this every time I stay here. It would be much more convenient if you could provide water in plastic bottles instead.

Very near to Patong beach and Bangla streets. Unique design and old nostalgic feel. Thanks for upgrading my room complimentarily.
Initially shower not hot. After complaint it was fixed. Room could have been better renowated / refurbished. Some areas like windows, and corners had dirts and molds.
