Nandini Jungle by Hanging Gardens

We chose Nandini Jungle Resort for our honeymoon, and we honestly could not have imagined a more beautiful place to celebrate such a special time in our lives. The hotel itself is breathtaking, surrounded by the incredible beauty and tranquility of the Balinese jungle, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the people. From Agus, the manager, to Mulia, who always took such wonderful care of us and welcomed us with a genuine smile and a kind word, every single member of the staff made us feel incredibly special. From the front desk to the restaurant, bar, pool staff, housekeeping, and everyone else we encountered, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that we truly felt like part of the family. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was exceptional. You could feel that the staff genuinely cared about making every guest feel happy and looked after, and that made all the difference during our honeymoon. It was honestly so hard to leave. We came here as newlyweds hoping for a memorable experience, and we are leaving with memories we will cherish for a lifetime. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel experience we have ever had. We hope to return one day, because Nandini will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

The location is around two and a half hours from the airport. The area is pleasant, with good street shopping nearby like 35 mints by car or taxi. The pool was good. The jacuzzi was not working. Spa services were available and were average. There is one restaurant, and the food was decent.

Room cleaning was below average. The bed sheets and mattress were old. The worst issue was the air conditioning. I reported it several times, but no action was taken and it was not fixed.
