The location and the view,staff is friendly and professional and it's clean breakfast is nice , beds are comfortable 👌
Their carpet in the rooms it makes room stuffy and funny smell starting from reception ,their wifi is not stable,tv channels are not accommodating and my kids room the tv was not working 😕☹️the breakfast erea is small you have to wait for others to finish while standing

The location is not too bad. Right by the beach.
The elevator carpets need to be cleaned or changed. As one of the first things you see about the hotel apart from reception, they left very little to be desired.
Also, the guy who came to inspect my air conditioner which was not working lied and said all their air cons only function for cold air but in other rooms they worked as heaters as well and they actually worked. Mine didn't.
