Central location to the pedestrian mall and the good restaurants
The town room was a little on the small side but was perfectly adequate.

The bartenders at the bar in the lobby were kind but there were too many people who weren’t guests in the hotel who were loud and made the experience uncomfortable with their comments. Also the maintenance guy was unprofessional to yell at the front desk girl in front of us because he had to give up the electric charging spot to us, while he was staff and his car wasn’t even electric….

It’s in the center of city and has a good view of city.
Bellboy was very kind and helpful.
Towels are too old. The room they sold as a double room is too small for two people. The woman at the reception desk on the day we checked in (August 3, 2026) was older than the hotel staff and clearly didn't like her job at all. Breakfast was very poor.
