It is clean and easy to reach
There was not a kettle in the room and you needed to pay for coffee cups. Bed was too firm for my liking

Our shower was not hooked onto the wall but we didn’t have a massive problem with that. Just needs fixing

Location ideal for where we needed to be, was nice and clean. Very pleasant receptionist.
Wasn’t aware the room was so small, barely room for two people to stand! No hot water for showers. Nothing done when reported this. Drain smells. can hear underground - we were lower ground floor.
