The breakfast was good. Much better presented than last time. Staff were efficient. Location of hotel , convenient for motorway, train and airport. Also for walking along the river and close to shops if required.
The bed seems worse for wear.
I used to live in the area so would like to see more info on what to do in local area, eg: how to access river, historical Runnymede Park and others , war memorial.

The property was incredibly well located for our trip to Thorpe Park
It was a bit tatty around the edges, could do with a paint and tidy up but generally fine and clean.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast staff were good
Bathroom sink was too low to stand comfortably and the windows couldn’t be opened far. They said they would order a taxi for us but didn’t which left us in an awkward predicament.
