Love the location and the friendly staff the food is amazing!!
Feel they need more spa facilities as it’s not big when it gets busy but they are lovely and really clean!

Location
Receptionist really didn’t want to help at all. I arrived at the reception and the chap continued to stare at his computer for a good 2 minutes before even acknowledging me. He was just rude and didn’t want to be there. I got passed a form to sign and he handed me the room key without any conversation. I had to ask what time breakfast was. What time we could use the leisure facilities. Just rude
