The room was lovely and spacious, super clean and just what was needed for the stay. Working onsite at the NEC so location was perfect for walking to and from.

The service in the main bar during buy periods is very slow, and not overly attentive. Coffee bar in the reception opens quite late considering lots of people will be starting early.

Close to the NEC, good breakfast and friendly staff. Room was also nice

Pool was closed due to renovation. The carpet in our bedroom wasn’t very clean.

Poor tea & coffee facilities,coffee bags are vile.please go back to regular coffee sachets and NO biscuits,what a let down.basic hotels have biscuits so why not you!!
