we had an 11th floor room which offered fantastic facilities and views
a laundry on this level would have been great as other facilities were often being used. None of the rooms offered a breakfast included option. Also breakfast started later than most.

Location is great, close to all the shops, restaurants walking distance to all the facilities.
Had a view over the inlet. Room was spacious.eveeyting was there for a short stay.

Large hotel with everything you need including a laundry and pool. Great to have a balcony and be able to sit outside. Large comfortable room. Very clean and helpful staff.
Lifts very slow and often one was out of service. Common areas tired and in need of a refresh.

Location was amazing
The hotel is tired and old, our bathroom leaked and the furniture was very old fashioned
