The cottage, the Dentelle hut welcomes you in the heart of its 3000 m2 garden, nestled on the edge of the 'Placide' ravine and overlooked by the verdant dreary Constant. The beauty and natural simplicity of the site make this peaceful place a haven of serenity. The house declines a delicate exoticism and its charm is expressed by its bohemian decoration. The independent gite presents itself as a small apartment with careful decoration, whose terrace opens onto the garden, rich in fruit trees, medicinal and decorative plants. Equipped so that everyone feels independent and comfortable: fridge, multifunction oven, hob ... And you always benefit from the welcome and the discovery of homestay vacations. The swimming pool is not private.

We spent a fantastic two weeks in Martinique. The accommodation was wonderfully clean and tidy upon arrival. Our friendly host, Laurent, was most accommodating throughout our stay and always on hand if needed.
The garden is superb with plenty of bird life. A tranquil location with a very short drive down the hill to the local market, supermarket, boulangerie, bars and restaurants in Le Diamant. The sketch of Le Diamant together with the guidebook of Martinique were thoughtful touches along with leaflets of places of interest. Excellent snorkelling nearby along with beautiful beaches. The views from the top of Mont Pelée in the north were definitely worth the hike. Do bring your walking boots! There are so many places to visit on the island they’re too numerous to list here. We were never bored.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Martinique and felt very comfortable on the island. Rest assured, you’ll receive a warm welcome where nothing is too much trouble. We look forward to returning one day.

Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par Laurent, dans ca superbe maison, le jardin est magnifique entouré de toute les plantes et arbres de l'ile, avec une piscine au milieu pour profiter de tous ca, un super endroit pour se reposer, il y a tout se qu'il faut. Petit havre de paix à quelques pas de la plage
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Laurent. Son jardin avec piscine est un petit havre de paix.
Le bungalow est vraiment indépendant et Laurent est très discret.

Il est très agréable de cuisiner et vivre dehors ! J'ai appréciée le calme, l'espace, la piscine. Et la région est à découvrir avec ses plages, poissons multi colors, tortues... Les échanges avec les gens sont enrichissants et sympathiques. Des vacances cools!
Le mois août est très agréable, les petites pluies viennent parfois nous rafraîchir, sous la chaleur et le soleil revient aussitôt ! Top.

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Relaxen. Das kleine Paradies mit Pool und Garten ist sehr sauber, die Küche gut eingerichtet. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände. Laurent ist super freundlich und hält sich dezent im Hintergrund. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Merveilleux gite en pleine nature
Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans le gite. Il est propre et ravissant avec une cuisine extérieure atypique qui nous a séduit. La vue sur la nature et la foret tropicale est dépaysante avec la possibilité de se baigner dans la jolie piscine du jardin privé.

Séjour au calme dans un gite proche de la nature
Le gite est très mignon avec sa terrasse ouverte sur le jardin.
Un peu à l'écart du bourg et calme sauf pour ceux qui n'aiment pas le bruit des grenouilles la nuits.

What a relaxing place to stay. Not only did we find Le Diamant to be the best and most convenient town we came across in Martinique, but this house was so beautiful and relaxing to come back to. Awesome hosts who helped us out with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend

Great Location, clean, quiet accommodation.
Marie was a very cordial host. We were visiting from the USA and don't speak french well. Marie and her husband helped us out and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and quiet. It is attached to the main house and offers some privacy, but is not absolutely secluded. The kitchen is very basic but is stocked enough to get by cooking simple meals. There is a very friendly dog that lives on the property named Marley that we loved. He was present, but never got in the way or bothered us. Overall, the accommodation was just as expected and we were very pleased. I would recommend others to stay here. Our favorite beaches were Grande Anse and Le Diamant. Also, a great place to eat was a restraunt named Mabouya where the food was excellent.

It's the perfect house and host to chose!
