No breakfast
Room was a bit tight around the bed.
Milk tea and coffee would be nice, we had to go the shop and buy some. Clean towels after 3 days not six would be nice.

The location is so easily accessible to the tube. The best. The kitchen was so usable and the grocery store was close.

Clean and tidiness. Nice rooms, facilities. Comfy beds.
Windows are a bit old and those let through too much noise they would need to be replaced to modern ones.

Good location.
The accommodation and decor was very tired. It looked like student accommodation with mismatched furniture and no pictures on the wall.
The apartment we had did not match the photos on Booking.com.
We were on the 4th floor and the noise from the street was like you had the window open all night, even when it was closed.
There is a 24 hour petrol garage on the corner of the building which was directly under our windows. This meant traffic noise all night and noise from early morning deliveries too.
