We liked the family room, the bed was comfy and the pool and gym were great. Almost all staff members were helpful.
The babycot was so hard the carpet underneath was more comfortable. The breakfast was not warm.

All yhe staff were excellent.
No fridge, no safe, hairdryer didn't work, sink plug had to held up to drain sink. Paid for halfboard but still had to sign for the cost of the meal which was later deducted from the final bill. Had to put 50 pound deposit down incase of damage to the room( not on your site) still waiting for this back.

Newly refurbished and very clean. Smelled lovely walking in.
Booked a twin room but given a double. Reception staff had no record of my booking when I arrived, even though my friend had already checked in. No fridge in the room. Only one tea bag. Shower gel/hand was smelled of parsley. No bath mat for the flor in the bathroom so floor was very slippy. Tiny nitpicky things I know, but added together it was a shame.
