This is a great hotel in a fabulous location. The staff were genuinely attentive and friendly. We were particularly well looked after throughout our stay by Willow and Will.
Our bedroom was on the third floor and very well appointed with lovely decor, funky coffee cups, and a shower with plenty of hot water.
Bar served great cocktails.
Laminated menus in restaurant downgraded the offer.

We were booked to stay at Hafod Shepherds Hut, Bryncarnedd Park, on arriving at the hut (it’s a steel clad box) the temperature inside it was 39 degrees, plus other issues, it would have been like sleeping in a coffin…I had no help to resolve the problems, on site/or via phone, especially as my husband wears a c pap mask when sleeping, keeps him breathing, had no choice but to leave, indeed losing £300, was very upsetting to say the least, SO THANK GOODNESS we had Hafod Devils Falls as our replacement, on reflection, had, we not been horrified by the filled dog poop bags abandoned outside the bathroom window, in 39 degrees heat 🤢, and my husband’s health being compromised, we would never have had the pure joy of staying at Hafod, Devils Falls, our luxury room was big, wooden beams from ceiling to floor, bathroom was exquisitely designed, the view from our quaint windows was beautiful, especially with the sun set, the sound of the waterfalls during the night, and very attentive staff! Obviously was meant to be! Thank you so much 🥂 (also c pap mask in situ with the electric plug socket right next to our bed : )

The location is superb for seeing the surrounding area. It’s a beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The food is delicious, with generous portions. Our room was clean and very comfortable. It’s not the cheapest place to stay, but worth the money for what you get.

The location
Overpriced, food was average, took too long to arrive, we had to ask for the table to be cleaned. Breakfast was poor and cost £20 each !!
