The room was clean and the bed and pillows were excellent. The room was quiet generally and we got an excellent first night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Our first night was lovely and quiet, but the second was interrupted by a random person outside, trying to get in the fire exit. Apparently, authorities were called. We did not feel unsafe as the hotel was very secure and we understand this was an unusual incident, outside the pub's control.

it was easier to order on line than to find a member of staff. Not their fault, bar was busy and understaffed.

Was near to the event where we
was going. The actual hotel was lovely with great staff.
I felt that the room smelt of urine, which really let it down we stayed in room 24 !
