It was a lovely hotel, the staff were absolutely amazing, the cookie when you checked in was also a nice touch.
The room needed some tlc, cobwebs on the walls and some other bits of general cleaning that got missed.
Beds seem to be well used, to the point that they are bowed and aren't very comfortable.

Where it is In Wokingham, it’s easy to get to.
We had a twin room and the beds are like a small doubles which is rather nice.
It does look tired,
the air conditioning wasn’t working so we had a fan which actually wasn’t any good. There is cracks it the decor. The plug in the sink in the bathroom gets stuck so you need to remove it to empty the sink. I could go on.
There were silly little things which you expect not to happen In Hillton hotels.
They hadn’t topped up teas, coffee or milk in our room.
The breakfast although, it was nice, it was kept warm for too long, so some of the dishes could be a bit dry.
