Breakfast was good value and yummy

Laundry was very good too

The Location was excellent.
The room was good, the bathroom was not as clean as one would expect.
The staff were excellent
Only one lift was working. The other lift made some concerning sounds.
On the morning we left ,as we and 4 others were coming down the lift there was a huge bang and the lift stopped mid floor from the first to the ground floor. The emergency call did not respond. Fortunately, the lift has the glass side from which we were able to communicate finally with a staff member. We inside the lift prized open the door at the same time the staff member opened the outside door. We were supported in climbing out of the lift on a small step ladder to the ground floor.
