Large room. Comfy bed. Great shower. Really well organised by exceptionally lovely hosts. Nice homely sitting room. Very good breakfast. Excellent coffee. Very clean. Superb location. Free WiFi

This is not something the hosts can change but we did need to juggle car a bit. It's a mumbles problem. However we managed not to pay for parking by keeping to the first three hours free rule. However it would have been £12.50 for the whole day directly opposite, and that's not the end of the world money wise.

Homely and beautiful location. The room had a wonderful sea view with chairs and small table in the window - just perfect for relaxing. The owners are friendly and welcoming and the breakfast is lovely.

Good location. Breakfast included. Nice communal lounge. Friendly atmosphere. Nice view across the road to the sea.

Our room (7) was a standard double but the bed felt very small. The mattress was uncomfortable as were the pillows. We were due to stay 2 nights but moved on after one as we had such a bad nights sleep. Bathroom door gave zero privacy into the room. At this price point you have to be reasonable with your expectations-We just chose the wrong room! Worth noting that most parking from 8am to 8pm is restricted to 3 hours free and then you need to pay!
