Good sized rooms for two beds with a proper nice shower.
The second single bed in the family room was a pull-out between the normal single and the double, and you might have thought you were sleeping on the floor with how firm it was in comparison to the other two.

Located on the motorway so that was good. Staff was extremely helpful. Very clean and they made a room available on the ground floor which was great
Was a bit hard to find entrance but parking behind the building was not a problem. Parking fee was unexpected but lucky for us it was not more than 5GPB. Bed was a bit worn

Location for the NEC and price compared with other options nearby are good.
Shower is pretty decent.
Bathroom not fully cleaned (shavings on the counter above the sink) and not enough plug sockets (none at all by the bedside tables)
