Have stayed here 3 times in last few years. Reception staff were very nice along with bar staff. Bar very good and choice of food and drinks. Comfy as well Room and bed comfy shower ok It is a nice hotel but a few small issues once sorted be higher rating for me it will go back again soon
Reception not manned all the time caused problems when wanting to speak to someone as it took a long time when ringing bell for attention. This needs to be looked at My friends room (11). Had issues with. Shower being cold /luke warm was reported first day but no Action taken. Reported again day left and it was looked at found issue with shower valve. Reception did compensate with. Free breakfast. But need to look at response to complaints quicker and give feedback without asking. .
