Nearness to purpose of stay.
Cool indoor heated pool availability.
Well decorated ambience
The room needs modern facilities upgrade e.g. a smart tv. Was surprised there wasn't a fridge in the room

Karen who greeted us at breakfast was amazing and the member of staff who ensured my daughters allergies were adhered to in the kitchen(he gave me his name but I can’t remember)
The swimming pool staff were very very unfriendly. And the steam room and jacuzzi were closed with no explanation.

Loved the rain shower head and the reading lights over the bed. Great room space.
