Room was great, very comfortable, good shower. Convenient location, lovely friendly staff.
Only a few little niggles - room in the roof space so no window, key difficult to turn to lock the door. The name on the sign board was different when I arrived so was a little confused (The Plas). Was also a little confused about how breakfast was served. No cereal, toast yoghurt etc, for self serve - these had to be ordered. Not come across this at any other hotel I've stayed at.

The staff were amazing. The food was amazing. The location was amazing. Lots of options of food and little cute shops. Will definitely go back.
The third bed in the room was quite uncomfortable.

Convenient as we were at an event there
Rooms far too hot we did manage to borrow a fan but other guests at the party could not and we very uncomfortable. All rooms need fans in this warm weather I realise you cannot retro fit air con but it will prevent us staying again.
