The room its self was immaculate with all the necessary facilities needed for an enjoyable stay, the bar staff were second to none, the manager was a great help with our travels, our dog max would like to extend his gratitude to the chef! Also the secret garden is a rather nice place to sit and relax, thank you from Charley and Rebecca

We really enjoyed our overnight stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was very generous and tasty.
Our room was on the ground floor which was great. But we were a little nervous about leaving the windows open at night in the middle of the heatwave. Safety catches on the windows would make this possible.

Check in was considerate. Cases were taken to our room because we were coming home late.
The furnishings looked tired. It needs an uplift. The breakfast tables were sticky from the night before. They were being wiped down with a damp cloth. They need to use antibacterial spray. The breakfast was ok. We had a better breakfast in the Cambrian Solva.
