Room size and hotel location.
We had an early morning flight and needed to check out of the hotel around 4:15 AM to catch the earliest train from Pasila to the airport. Therefore, when searching for a hotel, I used the "24-hour reception" filter. However, when we went to the reception to check out at 4:12 AM, we found no one there. There was nobody around.

The staff were all super helpful and friendly could not fault them.
It was difficult to sleep because of mechanical sounds coming from the air conditioning and heating. After a late night and long travel day ahead I needed quiet. The remote control was faulty. Mst of all the hotel charged me more than booking.com quoted. They possibly saw I have a business bank account and thought I was on expenses which I was not!. Please make sure that hotels only charge the price you quoteto me.

Lots of space in my room that also included sauna. Conference centre across the street
Drainage in my shower was very poor, everything was flooded after sauna and shower

The staff was so nice and helpful during check-in.
Good breakfast.
The room was spacious and well-cleaned everyday.
Some mother bring their kids(boys) to Women's Sauna which was super uncomfortable. These kids staring at me in changing room as well. After first encounter, I talked with a staff at the reception if it was allowed, and she told me it's not allowed even small kids. I thought some action would be taken like putting notice at the sauna door or something, as there was no written notice. But next day, no action was taken and I encounter different mother with boy in Sauna. This experince just ruined entire stay.
