Beds were very comfortable, The room was quiet and spacious, and the view of the river was a real bonus. Breakfast was fairly standard, but the staff were very helpful with my son's "full" breakfast - he only eats meat, so they provided lots of sausages and bacon, which was much appreciated.

Parking was good.
Double bed each was good.
Tea and coffee facility good.
Although opposite a lovely river, the location was not great for us.
The shower did not work well, mostly intermittent cold water.
Sadly although the staff were lovely felt like we were the only people there, no one in the bar, just seemed dead.
Hotel in need of upgrade, however
I had booked a premium room so do appreciate that is what we got.
