This is my 3rd stay in this hotel, staff are lovely rooms are comfy and shower pressure is always great, the best part is breakfast its alwaysfresh and plenty to pick from. I will always come back here.

It was in a good location, close to a restaurant that we liked and the location of our evening plans
I didn’t see too much parking available on site, we managed to get a space consistently but I was worried that we might not get one when we returned to the hotel.

Central location in Leicester city, well-maitained room, and courteous , helpful hotel staff
There was no telephone connectivity in the room.

Functional. Good location
Car parking. This was advertised but only after I had paid my non refundable booking was I told that there was little parking. It would cost £7 per day and if full I would have to go and park by the railway station. I think that this be clearer. Ran out of saving on blank wine
