The staff were great particularly Dan and Jess. Food was delicious. Bedroom was beautifully decorated with nice touches like the snack hamper and fudge. Bed was very comfy.

Lovely countryside location with excellent outdoor garden areas to enjoy. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.
Perhaps a selection of fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries) would have been nice to have with the cereal selection as it was summer and these can all be sourced locally.

Stayed for 1 night, close to Serge Hill Plant Library which was convenient for us. Spacious parking. Staff helpful and friendly. Check in and check out as smooth as can be. Hotel and restaurant decorated tastefully with lots of art (all sorts of paintings, drawings, etc) which makes it a unique and really pleasant place. Very comfortable beds, nice linen, little kettle and coffee machine in each room. Delicious breakfast: big variety of warm freshly served options. Gluten free available. Entirely positive experience.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We arrived with bikes, and they went out of their way to offer solutions to keep the bikes in a safe location.
Breakfast was wholesome my daughter had no issues requesting hard-boiled eggs.
I wasn't keen on the approach to wifi, I would prefer stating I'm a guest and my room number, then the captive portal option where I have to register my details yet again. That being said it worked and was fast enough.
Dinner, though nice, much of it was served lukewarm, which let it down significantly.
