Our stay at Platinum International on James Street was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the manager, Thomas, made us feel incredibly welcome with his friendly, relaxed personality.
The room itself was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped for our needs. We appreciated having a small cooktop, a coffee maker, tea-making facilities, and a well-stocked fridge full of drinks. The bathroom was very spacious, though the layout was a tiny bit awkward as the towel rack was positioned near the toilet and a little hard to reach
As a family, having a breakfast option is an absolute necessity for us, so we were thrilled that it was offered. The real bonus was the availability of room service. We ordered both breakfast and dinner, and the meals were of excellent quality and great value. We had a wonderful, comfortable experience, will definitely return, and highly recommend this place for families looking for a stress-free stay in Toowoomba!

Size of room, shower pressure good and hot, good washing facilities and provided washing powder.
Beds were not what I booked, I booked a king size bed and a single. I got called day of arriving and told they don't do that configuration anymore which I was happy and said to split the beds to give us 2 singles. The single beds are that small that they are not even king singles which is very poor these days. Also there was only 1 pillow for each bed and I require 2 to sleep. When going to the reception to ask for another 2 pillows as we both need 2, I was told they don't have anymore which I find hard to swallow when there are so many rooms I am being told there isn't any spare pillows around? That was a lie. Also I had to request fresh towels during the stay as they weren't changed. Simple housekeeping and bed arrangements is what you look for when booking and I wasn't impressed with this.
