Even though the entire booking and room access process was physically contactless, the online admin staff kept in constant contact with us via email and provided clear and concise instructions on how to access parking and our room. They even called to ensure we recieved and understood the instructions.
The Studio Apartment was spacious and very well appointed with all the relevant and necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The room was clean, it had a big comfy bed, a comfy 3 seater sofa, a single seat lounge chair, a breakfast bench, a 4 seater dining table and a reasonable size TV.
The blinds/curtains in the living area were made from see through mesh like material, so it was hard to get complete block out from the outside light. Additionally, if you have the light on at night people walking through the mall outside can potentially see through the blinds into your room. Need, block out blinds/curtains. The computer nook section attached to the bedroom and separating the living area had pull down blinds. It should be a solid wall to cut out noise from the living area and ensure privacy in the bedroom.
