Easy to find staff were approachable, room was spacious enough for two adults and two kids
We ordered fish and chips for my wife and I my one was okay. It was a couple of bones in it but my wife’s one half of the fish was full of bones. It is quite dangerous as somebody could choke on it. I did bring it up with a member of staff and apparently it’s happened a few times before. Maybe you need to speak to your supplier.

Uneven grid outside main entrance which caused me to trip and bang my head

Pub and grill fine. Room functional.
Massive amount of construction wok being done. Workmen walking outside bedroom window. Had to have blind closed during stay. No warning about this when booking. Booked 2 rooms asked for them to be closed to one another. One on 1st floor one on 4th floor.
