Bed was good, linen good. Room was clean. Nice big frig and kitchen area.
Tv not working for most of my stay. Balcony very dirty - couldn’t sit out there. Bad area and felt unsafe. No restaurants close by. Quite a long walk to get anywhere. Was given a car space but it was occupied which I brought to their attention and was then given a temporary one but no one ended up giving me a new space so i parked on the street…Aircon so noisy I couldn’t have it on. Not enough towels and overall very tired property.

It was clean and comfy.
There were no power points either side of the bed. Nothing to plug the bed lamp into and no where for my Husbands CPap machine to plug in.

Clean, tidy and very spacious.
Being so close to the train track, meant that the side of the tower we stayed on was quite noisy.

Rooms are a good size and having ensuite as well as the second bathroom was great. Laundry facilities were also great within the apartment.

Proximity to all restaurants. Loved the heated pool in winter was a bonus for us and kids. Room was so clean and bed was so comfortable. This property had everything at arms reach.

Comfortable. Convenient location. Breakfast was lovely at Fourthchild cafe. I would not give 5 for this accommodation because of the disturbed and poor night's sleep. No option to change that number.
The train noise woke us up through the night! Built right next to the freight line. 1am a long Freight train clattered through, and a number of others. The view was awful of the railway yards

Reception staff were helpful and friendly, good location and everything close by. Nice room and was clean.

Substitute room
Air conditioner on a hot day did not work. Reported it 3 times, they tried to fix but then didn't respond to the 4th attempt when I reported it still was not working. Result, no sleep and sweaty for a wedding. Next day replacement room offered but too late

Mold a mildew in the rooms. Come on this completely affected my negative rating. Rip out the moldy curtains and replace them. A bit of attention to detail and this could be a nice place.

Fire shields were down from night before and no-one around to open them when we needed to leave.

Fantastic position. Close to great restaurants. My room was on the 12th floor and had a beautiful view that stretched all the way to the mountains.

Our dryer wasn’t working for the entire time so that didn’t help us with our clothes… since there were 4 of us there…. It’s a minor inconvenience but everything else was excellent!

Very unfortunate right next to train tacks so not much sleep thru the night . Room was very dirty , walls damaged and dirty . some of the furniture broken and dust and mould on walls . couldn’t use the washing machine or dryer due to being very dirty also . Staff were nice bed reasonably comfortable if I was to find any positive in review . Very disappointing

- our 2 bedroom apartment had laundry facilities, which was really handy
- parking was difficult. We were assigned a car park however during the day the cleaners take your car park and then you have to take someone else's car park.

close to Ipswich city centre and the room was very spacious with all the mod cons.
the main bed was uncomfortable, the balcony tiles were all broken-didn’t feel safe, the unit wasn’t cleaned properly- found a plane ticket from someone else in main bedroom and a cigarette on the dining room chair.
