The location was great. The kitchen was good. The staff were helpful.
The ensuite had a big spa that we had to step into to shower.
The dryer lint catcher was broken, we asked twice for it to be fixed. The first time it was replaced with a lint filter that did not fit the dryer. When I advised reception they were very sorry and asked maintenance to fix again, this did not happen.

A spacious and comfortable apartment to stay in overnight.
An absolute bonus was the outdoor heated pool. Perfect for our grandsons to ' unwind' in after a long car trip.

It was Close to everything we had booked to visit.
Overall, the staff from the front desk through to the cleaners were amazing, friendly and very accommodating. They were always helpful and made us feel welcome during our stay.
The main area that could use some attention is the mattresses, bedding and furniture. The mattresses were quite uncomfortable, and the rolled-out bed in the chair also needed some TLC. The mattress had holes and damage along the sides, with the filling coming out.
The mattresses in the ensuite were also quite heavily stained, including the protective mattress covers. The couch was also heavily stained and could use a thorough clean or replacement.
I asked if all the bed linen could be changed, as I was hoping this would also highlight how heavily stained and damaged some of the mattresses and protective covers were. However, the staff were lovely and simply smiled and replaced all the linen without any issue.
Overall, I feel the mattresses, protective covers, bedding and couch are all due for a complete update or replacement. While the staff were fantastic and very accommodating, updating these areas would make a big difference to the cleanliness, comfort and overall experience for future guests.
