Great location with tram stop just metres away and very close to train station

Location: perfect, right by Southern Cross, trams, food, convenience store
Price: great, no complaints
Staff: Checked me in early, friendly
Double windows mean almost zero sound from outside and the blinds have darkness til I was ready to wake.
Could have been cleaner. Shower in particular needs a detail clean on the doors. Splashes and marks on most of the cupboards.
Love to see free tea and coffee... but no mugs at all?

Location, luggage storage & 'cosy fire'.
Spare doona/duvae in cupboard had blood stains on it. It was replaced with somethi ng cleaner, however it too had a stain on it! Probably best to put an actual doona cover on it - disguising any marks/stains!
One cup in the bathroom was dirty.
