Handy location within easy walk to city centre. Parking. Helpful and efficient staff. Breakfast acceptable. Decent size room. Step-in shower. Overall enjoyed my stay.
En suite bathroom suffered from a bit of a smell from the drains.

Great location within a 10-minute walk to the town center. The staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was fine. My first room had a couple of maintenance issues with a leaking air conditioner and sink, but the staff acted quickly to move me to a new room and resolve the problem. Overall, great service!
The breakfast had limited variety and was repetitive from day to day. Additionally, the warm items were rarely served hot enough.

Location. Friendly staff.
They obviously have a problem with their sewage system as the room smelt awful. Also, the lighting in the room was very dim & depressing. There was no socket next to the kettle either so had to either carry a hot kettle across the room or move the whole tray. just a strange set up. There was also no toilet brush in the bathroom.
On arrival I was charged for parking which had not been made obvious when I booked. When I scanned the QR code in the room, the parking charge info was incorrect as I had been charged more than stated price.
